What the video says (translated from Lithuanian)
Hello, I'm Modestas, the founder of Solvee. Today I'll show you how easily and quickly a new or existing client who writes to you on Instagram, Messenger or WhatsApp can book a visit for your services — at the weekend, after working hours — without you doing anything.
Booking through Instagram. Let's see what booking looks like when a client writes to your salon on Instagram. This isn't an animation — it's a real conversation, recorded in real time. A new client opens your account and straight away sees ready-made questions. This is the “Icebreaker” Instagram and Messenger offer — it makes starting a conversation feel welcoming for a new client. We tap “Noriu užsiregistruoti” (I want to book) — and a few seconds later there's an answer.
The master and the service. In this test the salon has three masters, so we go to choosing a master. If you have no staff and work on your own, this step is skipped and the client sees your services straight away. This time we'll trust Linas's services, so we tap “Rinktis Liną” (Choose Linas). Next — choosing the service. The client doesn't see a bare price list but everything they need: examples of your services, their duration and price, and photos of them. You set the duration and price yourself, in the salon settings. The photos you'll need to upload yourself — ideally real examples of your own work. We choose a service — a beard trim.
The time. The next step is choosing a time. Solvee always shows the eight nearest available free times. We compute them from the master's working schedule, how busy the calendar is and the service's duration. Right away we take another example, where the times we offered don't suit the client and they name the day they want. Solvee knows your salon's working schedule, but this time the client was out of luck — the salon doesn't work on Saturdays. The problem is solved simply. We show the client the salon's working schedule and offer the nearest available times on the day they named. The times we offered didn't suit this time either, so the client names a date that suits them once more. Solvee understood the person's choice exactly and offered times on 30 September in the afternoon. The person picked a time that suits them.
Confirmation. Before writing the visit into the calendar, the system always asks for confirmation, so that there are no misunderstandings later about the time or the price of the service. The client confirmed the visit, and it is already in your calendar. From the first message to the confirmed visit took us just under three minutes. A smooth booking usually takes about one minute.
What it gives your business. Now let's talk about what this gives you as a business. For a service business the most important thing is a happy client, and a happy client means a growing business. Solvee offers a modern way to book, where the client doesn't need to create an account, type passwords or wander through confusing websites. Booking happens where they write. The client gets an answer at any hour of the day or night; the average reply time is 6 seconds. That meets a person's wish to be heard and to get the service they need here and now. During working hours all that's left for you is to give your full attention to your client, and after them — to enjoy your free time. Solvee also sends automatic reminders before the visit and review requests after it. I invite you to try all of this, and more, for free.
What Solvee does today
Conversations and booking
6 features
Books clients in Messenger, Instagram and WhatsApp
Clients write in the evening, at the weekend or while you're working — and still get an answer.
The assistant replies in the same conversation within seconds: it shows your services with photos and prices, offers free times as buttons and books the visit — the client never has to leave the chat. Messenger works on every plan, Instagram from Pro, WhatsApp on Max.
Answers from your own price list
Clients learn the price and duration straight away — exactly as your price list has them.
The assistant answers only from your service list and quotes prices just as you entered them. If a price is set after a consultation, that is exactly what it says.
Genuinely free times
Clients choose from free times — no back-and-forth.
Solvee works out free times from your schedule, breaks, time off, the service's duration and the visits already booked — and checks the time once more before the visit is saved.
A clear confirmation
Only the visits a client has decided on reach your calendar.
Once a time is picked, the assistant asks the client to confirm and only then puts the visit in your calendar.
Cancelling and rescheduling in the chat
Can't make it? The client cancels or moves the visit in the same conversation.
The assistant finds the visit booked in that same conversation and offers new times, and the freed time opens up for other clients.
Take over any time
The assistant does the work, and the last word is always yours.
Press “Take over” and the assistant falls silent while you reply straight from the Solvee dashboard. When a client asks for a person, the assistant hands the conversation to you and falls silent. Complaints and questions about health, pregnancy or allergies are flagged to you.
The salon's page and online booking
4 features
Salon page and catalogue
Not everyone sends a message — some prefer to book on their own.
Your salon has its own page in the Solvee catalogue: photos, services, masters, opening hours, a map and ratings. Clients choose services and a time, book without creating an account and get a confirmation by email.
Several services in one visit
A manicure and a pedicure — one visit, one booking.
On your page the client puts services in a basket and gets a time when they all fit back to back with the same master. In the diary it is one continuous visit, and a single service can still be cancelled on its own.
Products with the visit
Clients reserve their favourite product with the visit, and you have time to get it ready.
Booking on your page, the client adds products to the visit, and your dashboard shows what to prepare. If it's in stock, it's reserved, and it's paid for at the salon.
QR codes with statistics
See which flyer or sticker really brings clients in.
Every salon has its own print-ready QR code that leads straight to booking. Create separate codes for campaigns and see how often they are scanned and how many bookings they bring.
The calendar and the salon's day
6 features
Diary
Your whole day at a glance — on your phone and on your computer.
A day, several days, a week, a month or an agenda list. Visits booked by the assistant are marked, so you see at once what Solvee did for you.
Booking by hand
A client calls? Book them easily in a few clicks.
“New booking” offers the same free times clients see and lets you pick the master, add several services or enter the time yourself. Add an email and the client gets a confirmation and a reminder.
Opening hours and breaks
The salon's schedule and each master's — in one place.
Set the salon's hours and breaks for each day of the week or for a specific date; masters follow them or work to their own schedule with time off. Clients are only offered times when you're working.
Staff
Your whole team in one dashboard.
Invite your masters to join: each gets a colour in the calendar, a photo and a “My work” space to manage their own schedule, services and time off and to see their visits.
Google Calendar and iCal
Your visits where you're used to seeing them.
We connect Google Calendar together with you — and every Solvee visit appears there by itself and updates when it's moved or cancelled. Busy time from your other calendars (Google, Apple, Treatwell) comes in regularly through an iCal link, so clients aren't offered time you've already taken.
Till
Know exactly what you've earned today.
In the day's list, record what the client paid — cash or card, with a tip. Your reports show real revenue, not price-list totals.
Clients
2 features
Client card
Every client with their history and your notes.
Contacts, notes, a VIP mark, recent visits and how many times the client came or didn't show — all in one place, with a call or an email one click away. The assistant sees your notes too.
An easy move from Treatwell
Your clients and upcoming visits come along with you.
Upload the files Treatwell exports: clients become client cards, and upcoming visits land in your diary with the same masters and services. You see everything in a preview before it's saved.
Services, and what is known about them
3 features
The service list
Your services, exactly as you made them.
Duration, time after the visit, category and price — even “from €30” stays just as you wrote it. The assistant answers and books from it.
Before- and after-visit instructions
Clients arrive prepared and leave with your advice.
What to bring and what to avoid beforehand, the assistant says itself, and the same text goes into the reminder. After the visit, the client gets your advice in the thank-you email. A ready draft helps you start — you read it and save it.
Hiding services
Hide a seasonal service and bring it back whenever you like.
A hidden service isn't offered to clients, and your visit history stays intact.
Reminders, reviews, reports
4 features
Reminder before the visit
Solvee reminds the client in good time, and they confirm or cancel straight from the email.
Clients who booked on your page or were added in the diary get an email reminder when you choose — 12, 24, 48 or 72 hours before. From the Pro plan, a second one too.
Reviews
Solvee asks for the review for you.
After the visit the client gets an email inviting them to rate it. Ratings show on your salon's page, and the client can then leave a review on Google or Facebook too. You choose when it goes — 1, 2 or 3 hours later or the next morning — and nothing goes out at night.
Reports
A clear picture of how your salon is doing.
Bookings by day, completed visits, new clients, no-shows and your most popular services — on one screen. Revenue is counted from what was actually paid, so you can trust the numbers.
Channel health
See at a glance whether every channel is working.
The Channels screen shows each channel's status and, if something breaks, the platform's own explanation — which usually says what to do.
Where the answers come from
Not from the internet and not from its own judgement. From you — and only from you.
Services
Names, durations and prices exactly as you entered them — even “from €30”. Hidden services aren't offered.
Working hours
The salon's and the masters' schedules, breaks, time off and closed days — what free times are worked out from.
Before-visit instructions
What to bring and how to prepare — the assistant tells the client when they ask.
Salon information
Your address with a map link, phone, email, parking, payment methods, gift cards and your FAQ — everything you've entered about the salon.

No card needed, cancel any time.
