While you are with a client it is rarely convenient to answer messages, hunt for a free slot or rearrange an appointment. And once the working day ends, those conversations often carry on.

Payment and security

Card data security

We never see or store card details. Payment is handled by Stripe, a payment provider certified to PCI DSS Level 1; the data travels over an encrypted TLS connection straight to them, and we only receive confirmation that a payment happened.

Payment processor

Stripe Payments Europe, Ltd. We collect only what running the subscription requires: company name, a contact email and payment status. Your clients' money never passes through us — they pay you directly for salon services, and we take no commission on bookings.

Currency

All prices are in euros (EUR) and include VAT. If your card account is in another currency, your bank converts the amount at its own rate, so the sum charged may differ slightly from the one shown.

Cancellation and refunds

You can end your subscription at any time by writing to info@solvee.lt — the service runs until the end of the period you have paid for. The fee for an unused period is not refunded, except where our own fault leaves the service down for more than 24 hours in a row.
