Data Deletion
Revision date: 2026-09-30
This page explains how to delete the data Solvee holds about you. If you are in a hurry, start with the section that describes you.
I am a salon's client and messaged them on Messenger or Instagram
Your conversation belongs to the salon you spoke to — we only store it on their behalf. The fastest route is to ask that salon to delete your data.
If that is not possible, or you do not know who to contact, write to info@solvee.lt. Give the salon's name and the name or phone number you used. We will contact the salon and complete the request within 30 days.
I am a salon owner and want to leave
Write to info@solvee.lt from the email address you sign in with, naming your salon. We delete within 30 days and reply once it is done. That deletes all of your salon's data: client profiles, conversations, appointment history and connected channels.
Ask for a copy of your data in the same email and we will provide it before deleting. After deletion it cannot be recovered. We must keep accounting records for 10 years under Lithuanian law — those are not deleted, but they are not used for any other purpose either.
I removed Solvee from my Facebook Page
When you remove our app in your Facebook settings, Meta notifies us automatically. On receiving that notice we immediately disconnect the linked channel — the receptionist stops answering messages for that Page — and register a data deletion request.
Meta will show you a confirmation code. You can use it to check the status of your request at solvee.lt/data-deletion/status. We complete requests within 30 days.
Note
Removing the app disconnects the channel but does not delete your Solvee account or subscription — those can be used without Facebook. To delete everything, write to us at info@solvee.lt.
What we cannot delete
- Accounting records and invoices — the law requires us to keep them for 10 years.
- Data already anonymised, from which you can no longer be identified.
- Data held on Facebook's or Instagram's side — that is processed by Meta, not us. Contact Meta about it.
How long it takes, and what to do if you hear nothing
We answer requests within 30 days of receipt. In more complex cases we may extend by a further two months, but we always tell you in advance.
If you receive no answer, or are unhappy with it, you have the right to complain to the Lithuanian State Data Protection Inspectorate (vdai.lrv.lt).
